Firstly, God made the universe, rested for a while, and then decided that he didnt want to end there. So he made the earth. Again it was rest time for him. Still unsatisfied with his creations, he made man. Tired, he decided to take some more rest. After that he made the woman. Neither god nor man has rested thereafter.. So, you can imagine how the world works and how different it is from how people think it works. ;)
